Job summary

CJ Schwan's in DeLand, Florida is hiring immediately for full-time Merchandisers. You will help keep our popular Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, Mrs. Smith's, Edwards, bibigo and Pagoda brands on shelves and showcased in stores.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen items safely.
• Access to a smartphone for company tech requirements.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Build and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
