Job summary

Lee Beverage Of Wisconsin Llc is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock shelves in grocery and c-store accounts, pulling from back-stock and ensuring timely replenishment. You will rotate products, rebate weekly, and coordinate with the Key Account Specialist for account-specific promotions.

Responsibilities include implementing retailer compliance rules, communicating opportunities and issues to the team, and building rapport with store personnel.

• Filling shelves from existing back-stock.
• Merchandising delivered product to shelves, maintaining back-stock.
• Product rotation.
• Rebating all products on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating with the Key Account Specialist assigned to the account.
• The implementation of specific retailer compliance rules.
• Communicating all opportunities and issues that arise within their team.
• Developing rapport with store personnel.
• Assist with chain and independent resets inside their assigned territory.
• Starting time of approximately 5:00 AM- 7:00 AM unless otherwise noted
• Typical week is Monday – Friday however special hours may be required for holidays, special events or meeting

Basic Function: Put away incoming loads at Grocery/c-stores. Replenish shelves from back-stock in other designated stops.
