Job summary

Lee Beverage - Oshkosh in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock and replenish shelves at grocery and c-store accounts, following corporate standards.

Starting around 5:00–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday with occasional holiday hours, you will put away incoming loads, rotate products, and coordinate with store personnel to ensure compliant, well-presented merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Filling shelves from existing back-stock.
• Merchandising delivered product to shelves, maintaining back-stock.
• Product rotation.
• Rebating all products on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating with the Key Account Specialist assigned to the account.
• The implementation of specific retailer compliance rules.
• Communicating all opportunities and issues that arise within their team.
• Developing rapport with store personnel.
• Assist with chain and independent resets inside their assigned territory.
• Starting time of approximately 5:00 AM- 7:00 AM unless otherwise noted
• Typical week is Monday – Friday however special hours may be required for holidays, special events or meeting

Basic Function: Put away incoming loads at Grocery/c-stores. Replenish shelves from back-stock in other designated stops. Follow corporate programming and company standards to provide excellent service.
