Job summary

Maletis Beverage is hiring a Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and organize beverages in major grocery stores across SE/NE Portland, Gresham, Downtown PDX, and Tigard. You will work with a team, use your own car for store visits, and enjoy a flexible schedule with potential incentives.

Requirements include 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. The role offers 4x10s or 5x8s schedules, mileage reimbursement, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or grocery stocking is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Travel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts.
• Move product from backstock or pallets to shelves and displays.
• Build and maintain product displays to increase sales.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and floor displays.
• Use pallet jack, hand truck, cart, and U-boat.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Accurately track time and mileage.
• Communicate regularly with Team Lead and Manager.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.
