Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising in Saint Petersburg, FL is looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our in-store teams. This part-time role (15–25 hours per week) focuses on placing products, building displays, and working with store personnel in local communities.

You’ll receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable in dynamic environments, able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management and personnel.

• Build retail displays and arrange impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Assist with plan-o-grams implementation in stores.
• Support daytime operations with a flexible weekly schedule.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
