Job summary

Jacent Inc. in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in local communities.

Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent, the #1 impulse merchandising company in North America, with a culture built on offense, solutions, service, integrity, courage, and teamwork. The role offers daytime hours, 15-25 hours per week across multiple stores, paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements: standing 3–8 hrs, lifts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets and updating displays.
• Building retail displays and plan-o-grams.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
