Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a merchandise associate to travel routes, stock stores, and ensure optimal product placement. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license for local travel.

The position offers full-time hours with early starts (4–5am) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and union participation. Local routes include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Woodland, Sacramento and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on routes.
• Move product between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
