Job summary

Glazer's Beer & Beverage in Odessa, TX is seeking a Merchandiser to support sales through in-store merchandising and stock management. You will ensure proper product display, complete stock rotations, and install point-of-sale materials to accelerate product visibility.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Great benefits and opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience required.
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance per state laws.
• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed.
• Complete stock rotations, shelf resets and backroom duties as needed.
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed.
• Expedite delivery of product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Team.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Physical Requirements

• You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
