Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a full-time merchandiser for weekend routes. You’ll stock, display, rotate and replenish products at grocery stores and beverage outlets, using pallet jacks and company systems to track routing and in-store execution.

Applicants must be 18+, have reliable auto transportation with a valid license, be able to lift 25–50 lbs, and have 0–6 months of general work experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores to stock, display and rotate products on routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and ensure inventory freshness.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
