Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a merchandiser on full-time weekend routes with an early AM start. You will stock, rotate, and display products at grocery and beverage outlets, using pallet jacks and hand trucks to move stock between areas.

A reliable vehicle and valid license are required, along with the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meeting state minimum age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
