Job summary

PepsiCo in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a route merchandiser to stock Lay’s, Doritos and other beloved brands, merchandise products throughout stores, and keep shelves full and appealing for customers who depend on you.

You’ll drive your own vehicle with gas mileage reimbursement, start around 4–5am, and work a variable schedule with two days off weekly, following a structured routine with team collaboration and device-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
