Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Marysville, CA is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to manage shelf presence along assigned routes, stock products, and ensure correct rotation.

Travel to grocery stores, use pallet jack, and photograph displays using company systems; maintain backstock and support inventory accuracy. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license; auto insurance minimums per company/state law.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays/backstock to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, Early morning start

• Route: Yuba City, Marysville, Oroville, and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $27.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
