Our thriving textile company in Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling process of our textiles ensuring that our products are of high quality and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer demands
• Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop new textile collections
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions accordingly
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with the logistics team

Requirements
