Overview

The Merchandiser will support the Merchandising team in planning, analyzing, and executing product assortments by account. This role is highly cross‑functional and ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced consumer products environment.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Thursday: In office (Jersey City, NJ)
• Friday: Remote

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the Merchandising team with preparation for meetings and presentations
• Support development of key working tools including photoshoot decks, assortments, meeting agendas, and recaps
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Planning, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Assist with reporting projects and postmortem analyses; become proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Attend selected sales meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support quarterly sample closet organization and maintenance
• Prepare, ship, and unpack samples for key meetings and photoshoots
• Support special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education
