Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a dependable Merchandiser to support our wine, beer and spirits distribution network across Texas. The role involves delivering orders, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and building displays while ensuring excellent service to accounts.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to work weekends, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior sales or merchandising experience is a plus, and knowledge of the beverage industry

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Additional education preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned work schedule which may include weekends.
• Previous sales, merchandising or pull-up experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Satisfactory driving record and active driver’s license for the state you reside in.
• Must be able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to accounts and rotate back stock.
• Stock shelves and build displays; receive daily route via email from Warehouse/Merchandising Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts and maintain displays.
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and shelves.
• Run routes and assist in major deliveries by unloading product and stocking orders.
• Build wine and beer displays and assist in store resets in established territory.
• Maintain awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.

• Merchandiser to receive the daily route via email from the Warehouse Manager and/or Merchandising Manager after orders have been fulfilled.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf.
• Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in and stocking order.
• Build wine and beer displays.
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
