Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Route Merchandiser to service local Michigan accounts. The role requires weekend availability with a 12 noon start, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.

You’ll travel to grocery stores to stock, display, and rotate product, use company tech for routing, and document executions with photos. Competitive hourly pay ($21.00) plus mileage, union benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or meet state age requirements.
• Driver's license and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately document executions by uploading photos and completing merchandising checkouts in company systems.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
