Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser to service Bay City and surrounding areas. Weekend availability with a 12pm start is required, along with stocking, rotating and displaying our products across grocery outlets.

You will travel routes on a company system, use equipment like pallet jacks, and document in-account merchandising with photos. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 Plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
