Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and ensure backroom organization. You will also handle packaging, display rotations, and ensure timely product flow from backroom to sales floor, meeting PBV standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self‑starter with excellent follow‑up skills.
• Must be customer‑oriented and focused.

Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.

Merchandiser Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
