Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time merchandiser in Glendale. You will travel on assigned routes to stock, rotate, and display our products at grocery stores, using pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.

Weekend availability and early AM start times are required. Must have reliable transportation, ability to lift 25–50 lb, and a valid driver’s license. Local routes include Glendale, Burbank, Studio City and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores to stock, rotate and display products on routes.
• Move products between backroom and display using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products for freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26 starting rate, $26.50 at 6 Months, $27 at one year

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
