Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a full-time merchandiser role in the Los Angeles area. You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes, and use pallet jacks or hand trucks to move inventory.

Expect early morning shifts and weekend availability, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation. Successful candidates will have reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to lift 25–50

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older or legally permitted to work.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company technology and systems for routing, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend availability required, Early AM start time

• Local Routes available: Burbank, Hollywood, Van Nuys, Koreatown and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate: $26 starting rate, $26.50 at 6 Months, $27 at one year

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
