Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across assigned routes. You will transport items using pallet jacks or hand trucks and ensure accurate merchandising documentation is uploaded to our systems.

Requirements include 18+ years, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. High School Diploma preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and union protections.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and meeting company/state insurance requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full Time, Weekend Availability, Early morning start
• Benefits: Union, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Vacation
• Local Routes available: Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Santa Cruz and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate:$25.60 starting pay, $28.80 after 6 months, $32.00 after 1 year. Plus Mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
