Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling invites applications for a full-time merchandising role based in California. You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes, using pallet jacks and manual handling tools.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and can lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Prior experience is not required, with 0–6 months in general work accepted.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
