Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Chico, CA is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to stock bread aisles, rotate stock according to color code, and maintain displays in local accounts. Schedule includes 20 hours per week with shifts on Wednesday and Sunday (4am-1pm).

This role helps ensure product availability and engaging in-store presentation. Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Successfully able to obtain Chauffer License (If job location is in IN, MI, TN).
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers.
• Reliable transportation.
• In some locations, Merchandisers are required to drive a DOT regulated route truck. In those instances, candidates must meet DOT requirements including Medical Card, Road Test, and must be 21 years or older.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries.

Merchandiser (Part Time Position)

A Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising fresh bakery products in local accounts/grocery stores to ensure adequate product availability on the shelf and on displays.

Average 20 hours per week (you can enjoy your free time!). Competitive starting pay $ 28.60 /hr. Shift: Wed and Sun (4am-1pm). Bragging rights that you make the bread aisle and displays look amazing!
