Job summary

You will assist with daily store functions, ensure safety, and maintain clean, inviting spaces for customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move merchandise while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain store areas and stockroom to company standards.
• Process directives and communicate store activities to the team.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the store, restrooms included.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Assist Store Manager with whipped duties such as freight processing and merchandising.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise and manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Maintain effective sales floors and merchandise monthly planners.
