Job summary

You will train teammates, manage backroom organization, and uphold safety and cleanliness while meeting store priorities. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, with a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour and opportunities for growth within TJX family.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing
• Provide excellent customer experience through engaging with customers
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Manage back stock organization and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with store policies and labor laws
• Promote safety and maintain a clean store environment
