Job Summary:

The Merchandise Stocker Floater performs in-store services at high-volume national account stores. As a floater, you will manage inventory (ordering and stocking), generate weekly credits, and provide exceptional customer service within a territory. You will cover service calls when regular stockers are away, during training, or on special projects. You will provide full service to multiple stores, typically focusing on one store per day.

Full service includes:

• CLEANING: Restoring aisle condition since last service.
• STRAIGHTENING STOCK: Restocking bins or displays and resolving contamination.
• STOCKING: Packing out freight from overhead and incoming shipments.
• CULLING: Removing damaged/unsellable items and issuing credits electronically.
• MERCHANDISING: Maintaining signage and pricing, moving backers to improve perception.
• ORDERING: Replenishing inventory per guidelines.
• CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Building relationships with store management and staff.
• PROJECTS AND TASKS: Completing merchandising projects and resets assigned by the area manager.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and own vehicle.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs; this is a labor-intensive role.
• Willingness to travel overnight when needed.
