What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and meet vendor SLAs and escalations while organizing workflow to meet deadlines
- Gather information and prioritize the completion of item setup, maintenance, and ordering execution
- Make informed decisions regarding product attributes and classification for quality assurance
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and vendors regarding item data and PO management
- Identify and communicate new best practices and efficiencies within the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed and productivity with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Advanced time management and prioritization skills
- Established interpersonal skills to form productive partnerships
- Experience in analyzing data and identifying root causes
