Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated Store Sales/warehouse associate in San Diego, CA to ensure accurate shipping/receiving, stocking, and inventory duties. You will maintain Will Call, stock the floor, organize the warehouse, and uphold excellent customer service.

The role requires prior shipping/receiving experience, physical ability to lift heavy items, strong multitasking, and a dependable work ethic. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain Will Call and stock the sales floor.
• Stock shelves and organize the warehouse for easy product location.
• Support inventory processes and assist in cycle counts.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and support Will Call
• Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
• Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Assist in the physical inventory process
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
• Provide support to other duties as assigned

You Must Have:

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards

We Value:

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organization, time-management and basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience

Hiring Salary Range The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $19.1 to $32.52 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
