ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support will call, stock the floor, and organize the warehouse on-site in Orange, CA. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and high service levels for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving/inventory experience required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs, and occasionally >75 lbs with assistance.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively.
• Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
• Warehouse or merchandising experience valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

Job Duties

• Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
• Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Assist in the physical inventory process
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
• Provide support to other duties as assigned

You Must Have

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
