Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Warehouse/Store Associate in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on shipping/receiving, stocking, invoicing, and inventory management on-site, with emphasis on accurate paperwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds (with assistance).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with a team mentality.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete invoices, process returns, receive and process replenishment shipments, maintain store stock and event displays, conduct inventory checks, prepare and ship orders, and manage store transfers.
• Maintain and support Will Call.
• Stock sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
• Organize warehouse for easy product location.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist in the physical inventory process.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

• Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
• Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Assist in the physical inventory process
• Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers
• Provide support to other duties as assigned

You Must Have

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards

We Value
