Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked while delivering excellent customer service in Norwalk, Ohio. You will handle merchandise recovery, replenishment, and maintain merchandising standards on a daily basis.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and familiarity with handheld devices. A supportive team environment and opportunities for cross-training are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
