Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a retail team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience. You will work in a collaborative environment across the store, supporting a clean, organized sales floor and accurate product placement.

You will train Associates, uphold merchandising guidelines, and assist in coordinating with management to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to train others and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards in the store.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and labor policies.
• Support safety, recycling, and environmental programs.
