Job summary

The Pokémon Company International in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager - Merchandise for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role partners with Licensing & Publishing to deliver on-brand campaigns, review assets, and manage campaign briefs and calendars across teams.

Key requirements include 3+ years in marketing program management, a Marketing degree, strong project-management and partner coordination skills, and excellent communication to drive cohesive launches

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing program associate management or management position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrable ability to project manage and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Licensing & Publishing teams to execute partner marketing programs and product launches.
• Review licensee marketing materials to ensure brand alignment and business goals.
• Coordinate material reviews with internal stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Develop and distribute campaign briefs for internal teams including social, PR, web and email.
• Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are documented and communicated across teams.
• Support post-campaign reporting and optimization by gathering data and sharing learnings.
