Job summary

Local Crafts is seeking a dependable Merchandise Processor to join our Fulfillment/Shipping team. You will process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and maintaining quality. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and teamwork to meet daily shipping needs.

On-site position with set shifts, including some Saturdays. Target hourly salary ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, reflecting experience and daily fulfillment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• Ability to follow picking, packing, and shipping procedures consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfort with a manual picking process; RF scanners are not currently used.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or shipping experience is a plus.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Merchandise Processor to join our Fulfillment/Shipping team. In this role, you'll process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. You'll follow established procedures, catch and raise issues before orders leave the building, and help the team keep pace with daily shipping volume.

What You'll Do

Additional Information

• On-site. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
• Target hourly salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
