Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking team players to assist with donation processing and inventory management in a fast-paced retail setting. You will sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise for display and sale, while delivering friendly donor and customer service.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A positive attitude and reliability help you thrive in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions.
• Effective verbal communication with associates and customers.
• Ability to perform standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and other physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer merchandise from containers to assess suitability for sales floor.
• Sort apparel into boutique, salable, and salvage categories by quota.
• Prepare items for display and pricing, and place on hangers for sale.
• Count items processed and record on official log; maintain accuracy.
• Uphold safety practices and maintain neat uniform and appearance.
• Assist in stocking donated merchandise and provide donor/customer service.
