Job summary

AEO's distribution center in Goodyear, AZ is hiring full-time Merchandise Processors to support our growing digital business. You will load/unload shipments, unpack/pack products, ticket and count items, and fill orders in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or some high school.
• Adaptable to change by working within different departments.
• Excellent counting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, sorting, and packing orders using technology.
• Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise for orders.
• Ensure production and quality standards are met.
• Be open to performing other duties as assigned.
