Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Merchandise Pricer to price donated goods for store sales and select quality items for ecommerce. The role supports mission goals and community programs within a flexible, part-time schedule.

You will contribute to a welcoming customer experience, help meet weekly production goals, and participate in program services and training initiatives. This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality salable products that meet weekly goals.
• Select quality donated product for store and ecommerce.
• Deliver excellent customer service and welcoming store atmosphere.
• Support training and development of participants in achieving goals.
