Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Merchandise Pricer to price donated products to meet production and store sales goals, and to select quality items for ecommerce. This role supports the organization’s mission and values while ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe store environment.

The position requires adaptability to a schedule of 35–40 hours per week, with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with supervisors, employees and customers.

• Softline and hardline merchandising expertise.
• E-commerce merchandise knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing donated product to meet production standards and goals for store sales.
• Selecting quality donated product within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E-Commerce.
• Follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the store.
• Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
