Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking Summer 2027 interns to support Merchandise Planning teams. You will work with professionals who guide and coach you to develop essential MP&A skills.

The internship is hybrid, three days a week at our Ohio headquarters, offering learning and real-world experience in planning and retail analytics. You will build Excel reports, analyze product performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape inventory decisions and strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in business, supply chain, finance or related field.
