Inter Miami CF and Nu Stadium is seeking a Merchandise Planner to support the financial planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization of the club’s retail and stadium merchandise business across retail, stadium, and e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience balancing financial targets, inventory health, and business needs in a fast-paced sports retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning, retail planning, or a related analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or planning tools.
• Experience forecasting sales, managing inventory metrics, and analyzing performance.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both analytical and non-analytical partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage seasonal and annual merchandise plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Own sales, margin, and inventory forecasts across retail, stadium, and e-commerce channels.
• Partner with Finance to align merchandise plans with broader financial targets and reporting.
• Monitor performance against plan and proactively recommend adjustments to optimize results.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Licensing, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain to align planning assumptions and execution.
