Use your retail merchandise planning experience to create training data and evaluate AI-generated responses. This remote U.S. contract offers up to $80 per hour, flexible asynchronous work, and 20+ hours per week.

The work

As a Merchandise Planner AI Evaluator, you will help improve AI systems by creating expert training data and reviewing AI-generated responses. Your feedback will show whether responses accurately reflect real retail planning work.

You will work independently and asynchronously on projects involving retail merchandising, inventory decisions, forecasting, and promotional planning.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contract role for candidates in the United States. Prior AI experience is not required, but you should be able to apply practical retail planning knowledge in written evaluations.

• Pay: Up to $80 per hour.

• Experience: At least two years of professional experience in retail merchandising or merchandise planning.
