Bath & Body Works is seeking a Merchandise Planner to lead forecasting and planning across product categories at our Columbus, OH home office. You will analyze data, develop financial plans, and partner with stores and direct channels to drive growth.
The role requires 5+ years in merchandising planning, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with MSI planning tools. You will collaborate cross-functionally, present trends in weekly reviews, and help shape seasonal architecture.

The Merchandise Planner for Bath & Body Works is responsible for the planning/forecasting of product merchandising categories. Generates and analyzes statistical data, and analyzes and revises the financial plans in support of the business initiatives and budget objectives. Reports to Manager, Merchandise Planning. No direct reports.
