Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Manage scheduling and payroll to maximize productivity within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Foster associate development and training to enable performance.
