Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling at a Neiman Marcus store. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work in-store to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, basic MS Office skills, and physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Basic proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Associates must have a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers
• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store orders
• Place merchandise to meet standards and manage signage
• Reticketing, price changes and stock organization
• Maintain back stock, stockroom, and inventory controls
• Assist with in-store events and activations under supervision
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas
