Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate for PT hours to professionally manage merchandise flow, stocking, and on-floor presentation. You will support departments with timely deliveries, replenishment, and adherence to visual standards in a fast-paced luxury off-price environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in retail or warehouse duties, and strong time management to juggle multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience executing warehouse duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and passion for sharing expertise.
• Ability to operate equipment such as radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Experience using inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Expedite receiving and processing of merchandise to maintain truck check-in standards.
• Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives and replenish as needed.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, resize fixtures, and sign windows according to brand standards.
• Maintain display of merchandise in line with brand standards.
• Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Returns To Vendors with urgency.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and complete duties in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor as required.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures and complete tasks from store leadership.
