Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will help with daily store operations and drive an exceptional customer experience through organized product presentation and efficient processes.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain merchandise organization and support daily store operations.
• Support with set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations.
• Process inbound/outbound freight and price changes; reticket as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.

Responsibilities

As a Merchandise Operations Associate you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational daily tasks to support store sales, profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes
• Responsible for back‑stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
• Under the guidance of Managers and Visual, merchandise product and set sale events and signage, while ensuring standards are followed
• Support with set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations
