Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at the Bee Caves, TX location.

You will assist in leading the store team, manage SOP compliance, and ensure pricing integrity and customer-ready presentation. You will coordinate truck unloading, planograms, in-stock optimization, and store-wide promotional execution while supporting a safe, organized backroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, in-stock levels, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and ensure pricing integrity across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving.
