Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Merchant to lead product and merchandising strategy for durable workwear and outdoor apparel across channels. You will own category assortment, sales, margin, and inventory planning.

Collaborate with design, planning, marketing, and e-commerce on product launches; shape storytelling and in-season actions to enhance the customer experience while using data and insights.
