Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to nights and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and as a team.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging customers and keeping a clean, organized store.
• Organize back stock, coordinate with management, and prioritize tasks for flow of goods.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and monitor productivity.
