Silver Dollar City is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist (Year-Round) to maintain precise inventory records for Merchandise and to support reporting systems across the division. This on-site role at Branson, MO requires attention to detail and strong organization to handle production and retail inventories.

The position includes processing orders, entering purchase orders, managing price tickets, and supporting year-end inventories while ensuring accuracy and PCI compliance during customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with inventory and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control records and reporting systems.
• Process production inventories and update costing forms.
• Prepare and enter purchase orders; manage receipt of orders to the park.
• Set up and maintain inventory items; run reports and price tickets.
• Assist with period-end and year-end inventories; investigate shrink causes.
• Manage UPC assignments and maintain master files; handle transfer logs.
• Ensure PCI compliance when handling customer credit card information.
